Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: We do not accept returns. Only exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

1. How do I request an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, please [click here] or contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Are there any charges for exchange?

Yes, all exchanges are charged at ₹100 to cover handling and shipping.

3. What items are eligible for exchange?

  1. Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items purchased in packs or bundles are not eligible (except for size issues).
  3. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

4. Exchange Policy for Sale Items

  1. No returns or refunds on sale items.
  2. Clothing purchased on sale may only be exchanged for:
    • A different size of the same item, OR
    • Another clothing item within the same category.
  3. Price differences must be paid by the customer, plus the ₹100 exchange charge.

5. How many times can I exchange an order?

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

6. Why would my exchange be rejected?

  1. If the product is used, washed, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
  2. If the product shows signs of wear and tear.

7. Important Note

If you receive a delivery confirmation SMS/email but didn’t receive your order, please inform us within 24 hours.

9. Self-Shipping for Exchanges

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please ship the item to:

  1. Include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package.
  2. You will be reimbursed up to ₹100 for self-shipping once we receive and verify the item.
