Return & Exchange Policy
Please note: We do not accept returns. Only exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
1. How do I request an exchange?
To initiate an exchange, please [click here] or contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Are there any charges for exchange?
Yes, all exchanges are charged at ₹100 to cover handling and shipping.
3. What items are eligible for exchange?
- Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items purchased in packs or bundles are not eligible (except for size issues).
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
4. Exchange Policy for Sale Items
- No returns or refunds on sale items.
- Clothing purchased on sale may only be exchanged for:
- A different size of the same item, OR
- Another clothing item within the same category.
- Price differences must be paid by the customer, plus the ₹100 exchange charge.
5. How many times can I exchange an order?
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
6. Why would my exchange be rejected?
- If the product is used, washed, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
- If the product shows signs of wear and tear.
7. Important Note
If you receive a delivery confirmation SMS/email but didn’t receive your order, please inform us within 24 hours.

9. Self-Shipping for Exchanges
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please ship the item to:

- Include your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package.
- You will be reimbursed up to ₹100 for self-shipping once we receive and verify the item.
